"20 Failures to a 39 billion company" Level 1 : making up of Instacart Apoorva mehta born in India and raised in Canada, completed his engineering degree from there and is a ex-Amazon employee who tried 20 staturps and failed and at last from his experience from Amazon he started instacart which was valued 39 billion in FY 2021 Instacart is a grocery delivery app which allows its users to order from any store and get same day delivery. Mehta identified the problem of long queue and busy schedule of people and came up with a solution. It's uniqueness was that it was providing the grocies from the nearby stores so no cost of managing warehouses and staff in the warehouses, It works as a straight connection between the user and the store , either the store can do self delivery or ask instacart delivery partners for help. And the app charges makes its revenue by charging some minimal fees. So this was the story and working concept of Instamart. Posting the level 2 soon
