Sometimes the ego comes in between, and it becomes little difficult, to make teams work, And sometimes even formation of small groups can also have a negative impact. If it's a positive and know to the company then it's good.

Worst kind of people are the jealous ones. Don’t think someone is successful so they will give you the best advice.. it’s not true, you might not even know their hidden intentions.

Agreed, building the right network from the very start is crucial for startup success. Bad networking practices lead to bad hires, toxic investors, mentors who provide poor advice, etc. It's a recipe for failure.

Does LinkedIn really adding value to entrepreneurs? Finding mentors is like finding an experienced tech professional. Whom to select will be based on our needs and our clarity of thought on our startup. You might say that after getting their contacts, met & started traveling, there's a chance of them being worthless. Then initially knowing their future desired state, interests and why they're with us, might solve the issue in the first place.

If you're creted youre linkdin presence correly than this not a big deal to get a mentor and i agree with this teammates are not good so far they are showing interest early but as time goes they are not showing the interst its hard to find the teamates

I'm going to play devil's advocate here. While networking is important, I'd argue execution, product-market fit and timing are way more critical success factors. You can have the perfect team but if you're solving a non-problem or enter the market too late, you'll fail regardless.
