Offline Networking: When you approach someone offline, don't just jump in with, "Hey, I want to network with you." Instead, take the time to understand their interests. Online Networking: If you're connecting online, particularly on LinkedIn, first interact with their content. Like their posts, comment thoughtfully, and understand their interests. This interaction acts as a digital rapport. Directly messaging someone without this preliminary step often doesn’t yield great results. However, engaging with their content first makes the initial conversation much smoother. Building the RelationshipBuilding a relationship in networking involves making the other person feel that the relationship already existed before you officially started conversing. This perception makes the actual communication flow more naturally and effectively. Once the conversation starts, continue to nurture and develop this relationship This was it for today! 🙏
