I have a question. I live in a tier 3 city where startup culture is nothing. Finding same mindset people is very tough. I have ideas but implementation/execution is very tough and slow for me. I don't have much financial support. Can anyone suggest what to do exactly? What should be my steps to start a startup?

Then change it! Don’t crib about it! Learn from people who are already doing it, and take feedback from those who haven’t. Make a thriving community out there! Learn for yourself, visit yc combinators website. And teach them!
