I have a question. I live in a tier 3 city where startup culture is nothing. Finding same mindset people is very tough. I have ideas but implementation/execution is very tough and slow for me. I don't have much financial support. Can anyone suggest

I always learn about stratup and ideas, no doubt. Even I'm working on an idea. But the important thing is, execution is too slow. Do you think I should come to tier 1 city??
