Actually if you want to provide food for free to needy ones than that will not cost a lot of money that tech will be cheap a college student in Canada or America ( I don't remember exactly) solved this issue by a simple idea. It will not make you money rather than if u want to run ads on your platform.i will search it and will DM you.
