If uk Zerodha the trading platform u should vists their varsity it's called Zerodha varsity they teach about markets from scratch in very simple language. Also check out CA Rachana Ranade she has a dedicated playlist for beginners. Reach out if you need any other information.

You can start exploring the basics of market and paper trading at the initial phase of market. Also learn the basic terminology of FNO ( Futures and Options ) , like ITM , OTM , ATM etc
