Yesterday, I was talking with one of my friends (we met through Discord). She was accepted into Purdue University, where her dream is to become an astronaut, and she'll join the aerospace program this fall. Although the tuition is relatively affordable, they are quite selective with scholarships, so she has to figure out how to cover food and accommodation expenses. She might take on some part-time jobs to help manage the costs. The good part is that Western culture teaches her to be independent from a very early age. Kinda cool no!
