Was interviewing for the company and the only problem I see is a 90 day notice period. Any advice? Is this normal nowadays?

Do you think that serving a 3 months notice period is a complete bullsh*t even if you've completed your work? .... asking this question because I've observed many companies doing this!

If 90% People don't say to you that it's a Bad Idea and won't work. Then it actually is a Bad Idea.
