Instagram reels i believe kind of destroying human brain because we are continuously getting hit with new information and different emotions with in 10 seconds which is very quick due to which we are losing our attention span because now our brain want information in few seconds . A wall can't be built over night like wise a good dopamine takes time and effort, cheap dopamine gives you kick but destroyes by setting the base level very high
