The cost cud be high if u compare from the medium range popular brands, but the trendsetting high range foreeign brands have good outfits which r either expensive or common. And if someone wishes to add a unique touch to their outfit, we can assume that budget is 2nd to them. Plus , freshly graduate fashion design students or starving tailoring industry does not charge as much which is what I have found in the surveys i locally conducted. And lastly, if there is a successful boutique owner, its natural for them to want to expand her trade name like any readymade garment brand does.
