Name of Startup : CodersTide Problem : Tier-3 colleges have less established alumni networks and weaker industry connections which limits their students' access to mentorship, career guidance, and job opportunities. Solution : An App that connects students across all tiers of colleges in India for career development and alumni networking. In this app tier 3 students directly asked their doubts to tier 1 students and they can see the discussions between tier 1 students which also helps them to learn about new things. Also they get to know how hardworking they are and that also fuelled them to work more to achieve more in life. In simple get all WhatsApp groups and discord servers on platform where interact with each other properly. Competition: No direct competition but small WhatsApp groups and discord servers. Progress : Working on Building the app.

While the idea is noble, consider how you’ll sustain the platform financially. Will it be ad-supported, subscription-based, or have other revenue streams? Ensuring meaningful interactions between students is crucial. Without proper moderation, discussions could devolve into noise or misinformation. Convincing students to use yet another app can be challenging. You’ll need a strong marketing strategy to attract and retain users.
