SOLUTION - Drone based autonomous delivery system. Which will significantly reduce expenses of e-commerce players in terms of cost, time and resilience. COMPETITION - India - Garuda aerospace. Global - Zipline. PROGRESS - Created a completely new drone design which will eliminate all problems currently faced in commercialization of drones ( noise free, compact , high resilience, long lasting and faster charging battery ) and currently working on the framework using AI and GPS systems which will enable drones to provide completely autonomous and decentralised delivery of goods of less than 1 Kg in a radius of 10 km. Great idea , I can really see this taking off. the only hard part here is to build the technology of drones and other systems which can execute this properly, if you can do that then there is a really large market. as the problem of high cost of delivery is faced by all ecom players.

Do you have any co-founder I go through your plan it was pretty good You do a good research. I also want to connect with you if you are ok on this startup How i think The revenue model is still unclear You are not looking for cost effective way to do this Their are several global brands who are doing the same like Walmart And many more I have to research for them I really like this space but it's very hard and crucial how you are going to execute this This particular startup mainly depends on reliability, execution, quality, affordability of delivery and few more things but these is main factors how our startup going to work...
