Why are some people so insecure about a single job. Everywhere I have worked I atleast encounter 1 senior who is really really insecure about losing his position to new recruits so he does everything he could to fire new recruits. And atleast where I have worked his boss knows he is insecure too. Why people do this. Those people can have better job cuz their skills and experience but try to Lach on same position. I would like to know the other side of the story as well.
