In my opinion, If we want our Country to lead in Global market then we have to encourage our school going students for " innovation and entrepreneurship ".

Well from historical point of view We were oppressed by Foreign rule since centuries which not only effected our country economically by also psychologically. It was Unfortunate that when Our greatest University (Nalanda) were destroyed by foreign Invaders in 12th century at same time golden era were rising in west and New University (Oxford) were established. Also Our enterprises were completely destroyed by Britishers and we relied on passive jobs for Our livelihood.

Just safe playing attitude with life and career which makes entrepreneurs to constrain to country market only !

The answer to your question I think we are still studying the big players in all industries We have been in our own legs for only less than a century We are learning their strategies plans the things they got backfired We are still in school level But we are improving Give sometime We will be the players and we too will have students following us

India has a large population and catering to the Indian population in the initial stage is indeed advantageous as • easier research and implementation of services as you know the ground reality • Indians know how to evaluate the best product in the best price. Launching your product initially in India will be a test from the point of view from the consumers whether your idea is fit for the market. • India has a gold mine of data which if analyzed and optimized carefully, can reap great returns in the future. Data is the new gold. • It's a better idea to scale or extend services globally once you have caught a strong hold in a particular area, starting from a single city to state and eventually the entire country.
