To get a company started with a team.How many roles should be there ?Like what roles should people in my company have (I m considering the startup has 7-8 people)
At least 4 programmers, One person handling the business side of it, and a community/events/marketing person is enough for nascent stages.
On top of that the person who is probably financing can chip in their feedbacks.
