Unfortunately I tried the so-called top voted " Brukul ". Ik it's in MVP stage but is shit. Idk why is it there. I mean it has literally no use , the person who wants to watch good content sees it and if you don't then no one can make to see the useful content. Although idea is good can be built with multi features but bro's execution is shit af. Ik it may lack funds but at least you should hustle. In shark tank a random guy learnt whole app development and built app by himself and that's hustling imo And the app is shit , don't even install it. Shit af UI. Bro didn't even try hard to make images to be displayed on playstore , I can make it in less than 1 day, lol. Business model is not there. I regret it. idk why it has 3.9 stars in playstore it's not even 1 star and is most up voted ( probably fake ig ). I am just frustrated alot.

You're right to be frustrated. If the app isn't delivering on its promises and has poor execution, it's understandable to feel disappointed, especially when it being put forward by upvotes.
