What's the difference between a Founder and Employee?

Founder is a person who's great at taking risks and challenges, along with a creative and growth mindset Whereas, An employee is a person who is willing to work for an Organisation to achieve its primary goals and who wishes to get a steady income with no risk burden.

Many of the founders are backbenchers who are willing to be dynamic. Employees primary goal maybe to achieve a 40+lpa package, which makes them happy. Depends on people mindset.
