Concept: inspired by delhi mohalla clinics (better version with focus on affordability at ward and tehsil level targeting about pop:50000 with weekly visit of best district level specialists doc and general medical care and baby and mother care. Keep in mind there is about 3lac people / ward state avg Doubts: 1. recurring cost per clinic [permanent docs salary,specialist docs visiting charges, clinic manager, 3 attendants,rent, misc cost) 2.Revenue: can it attract 1000 patients monthly with average revenue of 600 /person totalling 600000 Pls donot include misc incomes such as referrals for docs, testing,xrays etc, generic medicine shop franchaise when you reply
