4th part is most difficult and building a dedicated team to do so, is even more difficult. Especially as a startup, when you either earn nothing or earn very small, it's very difficult to get dedicated and skilled people work for you for minimum wages.
I think we all neglect how tough is buidiling a dedicated and talented team as a startup! When you earn less or earn nothing. It's so hard to find skilled people. I've been ghosted many times by young mind as soon as I say " it's pre revenue startup"
Karnataka government is preparing to revise minimum wages. Unskilled labourers could soon earn Rs 20,000 monthly, up from the current Rs 15,000.
If done, expect a huge surge of job seekers in the state all across the country.
