I think we all neglect how tough is buidiling a dedicated and talented team as a startup! When you earn less or earn nothing. It's so hard to find skilled people. I've been ghosted many times by young mind as soon as I say " it's pre revenue startup". Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

You can't, You have to pay them or either meet people who share the same visio as you for the idea .

I have been in a similar situation, I have interned at pre revenue startup as well. It was extremely good for experience and learning. Now that I am building my own website, I don't know how to skilled developers for not-so-great stipend

Be active on Linkedin and try to connect with folks who are fresher, college student or class 12 passouts. They will be looking for experience, so I believe if you can pitch them about your idea and roles required, based on which they can join. Once the startup earns required amount of revenue, it's up to you as the founder, how much you can allocate salaries. Even 5k-10k is good enough. Hope this helps.
