It's like someone created kitchen knife to cut vegetables and some user decided to use it attack other. And for it blaming the person who created the kitchen knife. It's not the creator fault it's the user using it is has used the product in a wrong way. It's understandable that they might have not done the top most work on moderation but it's not something very easy and definitely not something for which any one person can be blamed.
