although I have been paying for premium my profile still does not show the golden badge for months now, initially I thought it's a glitch but it's been months, as I said... anyone else has this same problem? and why don't we have a customer support on the app or some kind of channel to communicate with the platform moderator/developer/person in charge for user experience?
