We are working on Building India's first subscription based fashion brand- 8TEENITY Our vision is to make Premium quality clothes accessible to all audience. How it works? I worked in a corporate industry for more than 4 years and one thing I understand that even before the Salary gets credited we already know that where we have to spend it. Like food, rent, travelling, family and other experiences hardly someone can Allocate funds For shopping premium Clothes! Usually We add to cart And we save money to buy our favourite clothes and when we come back again to buy it after few months then our favourite T-shirts goes out of stock or Size missmatch or colour not available! Here 8TEENITY comes into picture We are going to reserve the favourite T-shirt for them at just rs 18 for next 3 months. In the mean Time Cx can allocate funds and priorities their funds without having a fear of losing T-shirts

It's a very great idea. I have few questions for this 1.How are you going to reserve, by buying from ecommerce websites or by some agreement? 2.how will u tackle if customer reserves and later cancels? 3. What if u cannot reserve a particular product? 4. What is your earning plan? How are you going to make money out of this?

Well I have a insight that I'd like to share. The first thing that strikes is, not everything that we add to cart or wishlist today, makes sense after some time. Idk whether I'd pay 18rs extra to save something in the wishlist for 3 months, that makes my chances of not buying it high. The third thing is, if I had to pay 18rs everytime just to wishlist stuff, my engagement would go down, because people just sometimes like to scroll and wishlist stuff. Subscription based models in India don't work because it restricts people to pay everytime, and Indian being Indians, we don't wanna pay everytime.
