I always wonder and it gives me some negative thinking, when someone says they are serving in just one company for years (14+ and so)..
In my opinion, I believe switching companies and roles is a sign of growth.
But again, there are many who server
So what? Even CEO is salaried majdoor. Working on startup does not mean he/she built it. At the end you get your wages just like any majdoor
