Why many brilliant students from India are going to Abroad (usa, Canada, Ukrainian) for their further studies but at the end some of them end up with working for low wages jobs?

There are few problems- 1) They think studying abroad is a flex and if they study abroad, Indian companies will touch their feet and beg them to join their companies (which is an illusion) 2) They want to escape home and think every foregin country is better than our beautiful Bharat! 3) They are rich kids, who want some "so called standard" 4) Getting into good Universities in india, needs talent and hardwork like iit, iims and du, and children are afraid to do it, so they run abroad. 5) Reservation system (Main problem) 🙂
