I have been in exact same position last week but have found a improvisation now.. so I will try and help you a bit.. First take a piece of paper and write the total outcome of your goal in bold dark heading in any corner of your paper, and to the opposite corner write what you have already done towards that.. make sure atleast 3 steps are written and then make it as exact as possible with further steps to be done and your final bold goal. And yeah finally stick somewhere you will see it daily.. it will remind your goal, make u feel that you have done something and a bit more has to be done and your will also keep track of your progress.
