Jewelry is a costly thing. So, easily we can make a jewelry company a premium brand by just making some few changes. If I had a jewelry brand I would do things like - 1. Making a compelling brand story. 2. As I can't charge more for the gold, I'll charge more for the making charge & the craftmanship. As we've hired the most talented craftsman from all over the world. 3. Do something unique like Tanishq. When the Indian Empire Tata entered the jewelry business in the name of Tanishq they gave free service of checking if the people possessing the gold is pure or fake. And then provide the best quality possibly someone can provide on the market. 4. Most importantly the looks of the store (not my expertise, it's interior designer's job) & also the online store which is the website should tell about the brand value.
