Just Thought :- Selling fashion items only once in a month. Advantages:- 1. It will create excitement and adrenaline rush when they experience the products. 2. Will get time to stockup inventory, analyse sales and future demands. 3. We can charge certain % of cost as advance to cover the cancelling charges. 4. The customers will never buy impulsively which will solve the guilty feeling problem they face after every purchase from the E-commerce apps. Challenges:- 1. Because of waiting, customers may cancel or never order as they'll get time to think about the requirement level, as most of the online buyers are impulse buyers( as far as I know). 2. TAM might become very low as most of the urban customers are willing to pay more money for faster deliveries. 3. To maintain the delivery system as it'll be hectic to deliver the products to everyone at the same day, which requires perfect planning and execution. 4. As fast fashion is growing rapidly, it'll again reduce the TAM. Is it good?

The winner of quick commerce, will be companies that launch independent apps for different categories. It's a bad idea, to introduce fashion in an existing app. Electronics, fashion, and groceries have to be different apps.
