Nah, It'll be more harm then help. Just understand the human physiology, once a human get the test of breaking things to cooldown an anger, there is no going back. Let's say, you live in a Mumbai bandra, and this business store located in a place where it'll take 30 minutes or 1hrs to reach. ( Hello bangluru 😶 ) Now, you'll be not be able to control yourself and eager to break something. This is a major problem. So for that reason, I'M OUT.
