Bro these are just my thoughts don't take this seriously, I know you have done lot of research to post this idea. Let's assume I like a house, then I went to bank and took home loan and bought the house. Now I got the house instantly and paying now paying money to bank with interest every month.

Home loan process bhut bada hota ha Bhai usme apko intrest 7% - 18% hota ha ... Apki salary 70k hogi nhi afford kar paoge tum ..... Apna dream house Vahe ager tum rent to home model use karoge apka home hoga usme aram se rahyo family ke sath rent do or 4-6 saal baad thumra home ... company ka koi Lena Dena nhi hoga ... simple
