I mean I have seen this smart billboards on cabs where I live, not sure about the company name which handles this billboards so maybe there's not a famous brand for it. Also it looks kinda funny.

Yes obviously, it worked for me. One night, I was seeing a bright blue light outside my house, wondering where it came from so I went and checked that it was from a cab which had this billboard.

This is what we want to achieve because with time people have become accustomed with large billboards on the road and no longer spend time looking at them.
