Which apps we use are banned in China? And why the do so? Like why they don't let their people use apps like whatsaap? Also is insta also not allowed there? Whats the logic behind such rules???

Many Western apps are banned in China, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The Chinese government controls the internet very closely and these platforms are seen as a threat to their control, mainly because of the free flow of information and potential for spreading ideas they deem undesirable.
