Question of execution Why urban company is providing services by themselves and not making itself as a market place for services where service providers can list their services What's the reason behind it ? And can we make a marketplace for services and survive in the market? My plan is that whenever you search for service our app will show top 10 service providers best for you on various filters We will charge fixed monthly listing fees for service providers and charge the least possible commission on orders. (as I know that service providers will try to snatch customers from our platform if commissions are high) And the other thing I will do is I will start providing services by hiring people in the location where demand is high Will this strategy work? Comment your opinions on all the points

The reason why they are not building market place is , they new , they will have to face major challenges like : commissions, quality, trust . I think it will also increases the friction in getting service, which may result in customer may leave the app , thinking who will do this much research for finding for good service provider. Secondly, if you are trying to build ka market place, then the major and serious issue you will be going to face is , Commissions. You will have to keep both , service provider and user happy , which will result in lowering your profit margins. I think they want a serious service provider nd will meet the requirements of UC , quality is also the main factor for them , as u see nyka got an edge from Flipkart nd Amazon bcoz every products pass though their quality check , mainly talking about cosmetics,market have a lots of D quality of big brands in this segment
