hey guys ! I am planning to make a platform which will organise the unorganised sector of gig workers. I am from Kanpur , UP. Many services like ac service , day labourers , masons ,lab tests , car service , bike service and many more. So I am planning to make an app portal which will hand pick local service providers , review their working practices , their business values , their working ethics and if everything is fine then they will be boarded to the platform. I want to build that level of trust to the consumers that if the user is booking any service from this app then everything will be fine. They are free from delayed work , frauds and scams. It will be like a urbancompany but the services will be much cheaper and provided by local service providers , the platform will be just a third party which will ensure the deal is fully completed. I want to keep the profit margins to the platform to very low approx only 7-10 percent and reach a large customer base Suggestion pls!!!!

Great to hear that 🙂 My city kanpur has people's who have brilliant idea's to execute and your idea is really good but you need to understand that urban company is not the only plateform in this field even 50+ Early stages start-ups are growing in this field with same model like urban company and biggest problem is that they all are calling that we are building plateform like urban company , seriously that's the insult of your own brand and showing that you're also copying the models like other players . That's why I am suggesting you to represent your brand in a different way also introduces features like Royalty program , traning program for employees , basic professional dress code , skill id , etc also give preference to those who have vehicle even you need to target bulk order for societies , apartment , and other commercial spaces and provide commisions to owner of that particular area for regular orders but before implementing this you need to check demographics demands and
