Its good in small towns, in cities, no good doctors will sit in the ambulance, only like duty doctors. The idea is good, but take a look at this point as well.

No good great doctors will do a surgery or operations at the first look of their patient, all emergency patient need a first aid. So it seems, even a duty doctor can do it right? Think abt it..
