Its good in small towns, in cities, no good doctors will sit in the ambulance, only like duty doctors. The idea is good, but take a look at this point as well.

Iam Damn sure abt this. What u do when someone get cardiac attack in a pubic, b/w if u dont know the first aid for that, definitely someone will do the first aid . that the only thing save his/her life! In that time he/she doesn't need a surgery ! F

Yes, its what I'm saying in basic emergency nurses and duty doctors will there only in the initial stages, If in case of any deep emergency, no good doctors will sit in ambulance.
