Why govt is not using 100% ethnol vehical rather than using petrol or desiel or ethnol doping ? Any suggestions?

Ethanol is still in development phase in procurement, alot of strategic power, regional power. Business turnaround will also be buggest look after. Govt can't make overnight decision of using 100% ethanol that's why step by step.

Currently they are engaging industrialists for establishing the plants for it in existing factories later for much more higher quantity they need separate full flash plants for only producing this. Also businesses like hero, bajaj, tvs, etc are improvising their flexi engine everytime with the help of Institutions like IIT. They have to look out future business with this like how much it will cost per km, how they will develop level to level, is there a long yerm scope for it, what will be the vehicle's life after it, etc. It's definitely a revolutionary work we need this kind of things but steadily.
