how can I get more clients in freelancing?

The first and most important thing I consider is cover letter + previous projects. In cover letter don't write a formal lame paragraph copy pasted. Instead explain how your knowledge will help him get his/her work done . And for previous projects,if you are freelancing for the first time you should make sample projects ie. Take problems by using chatgpt and give it's solution in your way which can be a social media post,thumbnail ,mockups etc. Hope this helps👍
