Okay so once my friend was applying in this company and the interviewr asked him , what are your weaknesses and he said nothing ma'am 😂. Although his skills and experience was top notch, he got rejected obv and the applier with less experience than him got selected. So, what do u guys think, how can we answer that question without saying stuff like I'm very emotional and sensitive person and I overthink so much. Or if you only had choice to say, I have no weakness, how wil you frame it to impress the interviewer

I read somewhere that a good tactic is to mention a skill that's not critical for the job. Like if you're applying for a tech job, saying you're not the best at public speaking. It's honest, but not directly related to your job performance.

Back in my day, we were straightforward. If you're good at what you do, why play these games? Just tell them your actual weakness, as long as it's not a deal-breaker. It shows integrity and self-awareness.

Honestly, these questions are so pointless. Companies should know that no one's going to openly admit a real weakness in an interview. It's all about saying something that sounds like a weakness but is actually a strength, like "I'm too much of a perfectionist."
