Tell me some names of the startups who have used this strategies of giving huge freebies (all companies which are succeed gave small discounts and most companies who are successful give freebies and discount on first purchases only to acquire customer and thats 1 time cost. Like astrotalk did but delivery cost is variable cost you can't just give premium for 1 rs ) Flipkart is a giant player now but is still facing losses although it will survive because of Walmart but that's not the case with every company
