People will never use a platform solely because it offers all the services. You cannot claim that our unique selling proposition is being a combination of Zepto, Uber, and Zomato. Handling that many services alone isn't enough. You have to provide customers with something extra to keep them on your platform, and that's where most apps fail, like Paytm.
