I'm not an economist, but I think we should now shift some of our focus from government CAPEX to private CAPEX. My hope is that the upcoming budget will address this. India cannot sustain its economy solely on government spending forever; private players need to step in, which is currently lacking in India. We say that India is doing very well, but on paper, it's not performing as well as we claim

The stats might look impressive, but we need to dig deeper. Without substantial private investment, the real growth could be slower than we think. Let the budget come next month. We shall know more then.
