I am asking why creating business is such a big matter. Anyway one day you will die no matter what you have done to earn money. May it is your dream not everyone wants what you want. Simply I want to travel and live my life doing my Job.

Sir I think most of the engineering don't wanna go for a risk factor as the capital is required for the business soo no confidence. It is the reason for the prioritize of finding jobs rather than creating own

Are engineers not confident in their ability?

Because education system has always taught not to take risk. To do everything by the book. Did you ever face an exam where you were told nothing? No! We have been conditioned from the very beginning that going against the system is trouble. That's why Indian schools hate sports, because sports teaches you to take risks. Sports teaches you that education alone is not the source of fulfillment. Extra curricular activities have never been given a priority in any school. Don't know about now. But in my days extra curricular activities were for those who were the "troublemakers"...

Because most of the engineers come from a middle class family where they have seen their parents struggling through out their life. A job can help them support their parents and make their life easy.

Because there mentality is created to have job. Every average family in india want there kid to be corporate slave rather then taking risk and creating own Empire

Firstly, engineers can achieve anything but due to the lack of prosperity they couldn't risk trying anything new. And more over the responsibilities & the expenses of raising a family are more that couldn't give them much support to save & start a business & lack of awareness of the business flow can be a major problem to. The support to the idea might be lacking in as well due to the culture & environment they grew in makes them feel like job is more comfortable.

Hard to create own than work on a company

Because those are the most tried and tested methods compared to creating something when the risks becomes more, the engineers look for easy and safe options as we know, we do it for optimisation.

Bruh do you think creating something is that easy. There are no roadmaps, there are no yt videos, there is no a single path or an exact path to become a entrepreneur and start something. Even tough you did the chances of you making great is less than 5 percent. Rather if you get a faang or maang there are 1000s of videos, 1000s of blogs, 1000s of courses. What not you have everything literally you want to get a high paying job. That's the reason it's called rat race. Like you need passion, perseverance, knowledge, luck and much more to get successful in a startup. Why do they even try if it's this tough.

High Paying Jobs balances life, Creating own requie high risk, people are lazy to take risk, rather they can go up or they they can go down.....Only those have faith in thier selves they can do it.
