Because most of the engineers come from a middle class family where they have seen their parents struggling through out their life. A job can help them support their parents and make their life easy.

I think living in a middle class family is kinda become difficult when you enters in your 20s . Your parents expectations become very high even the relatives . I still remember when it's my first year in college my parents pressurise me to get a job
