Actually the icai tag shows your company/education. Since the name is big, it covers the whole screen and looks like a photo.
So that's why i thought what has icai to do with it since it looks like a pic
Looks like there is Windows outage worldwide. Blue screen And windows not restarting errors reported. Anyone else facing this issue?

An app where a photo's unique hash is the address of message box and everyone having the same photo could comment or message on it, if only 2 people have a pic, It becomes their personal message box. pics could be compared using ai or other algorithm
