Dukaan has done the same. Udaan did it on the suppliers side and failed. MP a bit different focusing on discounts and analytics for tier1. So many ppl did it and failed. Local businesses are tired of new apps coming in and failing since the last 15 years. What is your moat? No one will want to buy on a subscription model. How are you gonna change the landscape? If you do delivery, it will have a big failure rate. Vendors will say fine for free, then they will say no when you ask for payment. Its capital intensive. What makes your idea different?
