Most small shop owners only knows whatsapp and telegram. You can sort of create an automatic scheduler for them that will schedule posts on other platforms using a simple template which may include location and name of shop. To make it a bit larger you can connect them to other relevant businesses like vegetable vendor might get connect to HoReCa or pg or hostels, point being that on boarding other businesses might help them build an ecosystem.
