First, try to identify why others players, such as dukaan, groffers, etc. failed to do this ..!!! All of them pivoted from the business model you're talking about. One insight I'll give you. Dukan wala, Kirana Stores wala, pan masala dukan wala, don't care about your app. Unko app wap ke chakkar me ni padna. Basically, this type of business is run based on closed family to family, person to person trust. Or wo already satisfied he...!!!! They even cracked the home delivery. Just call / WhatsApp them the kirana list , sham ko aapk Ghar sab chize AA jayengi.
