The only reason hiring is difficult is because of diversity. Look at the supply, millions of people unemployed with good skills and qualifications. The supply side is huge. What is disqualifying them? When we say ppl in demand are working somewhere else, it wouldnt make sense. The issue is the benchmark they keep. Also, companies go for recommendations to reduce cost.
